Video Card Problem! Need Help!?

I own two Video cards

Both of these two are not working:

1. S3 Graphics ProSavageDDR 6.14.10.0012

Status:

Currently, this hardware device is not connected to the computer. (Code 45)

2. Intel (R) 82810-DC100 Graphics Controller (Microsoft Corp.)

Status: The device cannot start. (Code 10)

Maybe two of them are built contained by.

But neither the two of them are not detected by Direct x 0.9

Anyway will Sims 2 work with these video cards if I fixed the problem?

Another info of my Computer:

Pentium (R) 4 CPU 2.00GHz

224 MB of RAM

Windows XP

38.2 GB

Video Card Problem! Need Help!?

Do you in actuality have two video cards? That would be pretty in danger of extinction if you did.

If you had a built-in video card and merely upgraded to an add-on video card, you should probably disable the built surrounded by card in your computers BIOS if you are not going to use it.

Find out what hardware you in actual fact have, afterwards find the driver for that hardware. Uninstall both of those that you listed, and install the proper driver.
I dont give attention to its possible to have two built surrounded by G Cards in one PC. I do get a built in Savage. Its hardware Direct X plane is 6.0. Sorry I dont got Sims 2 but Half-Life 2 run on it almost smoothly.

Just reinstall win XP, windows will pick the G Card preferred on the bios and install the driver for it.
are they formatted?
