Vista sharing knock against?

Ive get 2 gb ram and a 640 mb geforce 8800GTS but Vista requirements to share 700 mb of my ram to the graphics card...

ive tried readyboost but it wont deliver impossible to tell apart as having 2 gb of strike available... PLZ HELP!

It's not Vista that is giving it to your video card. It's your video card specifically taking it away.



And you are correct, ReadyBoost is nowhere near like as actually have that amount of RAM. It's only expected as a cheaper alternative for some.

I reflect on your computer is not compatible to run vista..you need to step to microsoft website and check the compatibility of your computer..
