i be gonna play my CS that i just bought, but it say that my video hardware is below the minimum requirements. my question is what is a video hardware, do they be going to the graphics card or what?

It's a video card. Get a GOOD video card and do not settle for minimum requirements. Minimum translates to slow frame rate, low resolution and lowest quality settings OR simply miserable gameplay.
