the 100 gb model will enjoy a faster seek time and unequivocal files faster.

the 160 gb model will hold more stuff.

The first one has a highly developed speed of 1800 RPM, but the second one has more room. If they are both close to impossible to tell apart price get the one beside 160GB.
The 100GB 7200 RPM SATA drive. That's a small drive by today's standards and especially to use with Windows Vista.
