i own malfunction USB card reader and when connect it to the notebook a message appear with one of the USB device have mulfunction and windows dose not recognise it it be working perfectly yesterday
USB problem?
Go into device principal, uninstall the existing device, reboot the pc and reinstall any drivers that come with the reader
And, you know, I could probably answer your interrogate if you'd reveal what operating system you are using.
Did you try reinstalling the driver for the card reader? That usually works!
