copy your file from your rock-hard drive c:\my document\ my doc.doc



then turn to my computer and double click on the cd-rw drive and right click and paste



next on the left mitt side you will see at the top writes these file to cd click that



and follow the wizard!
Find your music program similar to creative, musicmatch, windows medium and it shows a step by step process just click burn cd from files or cd and afterwards youll locate your files and it will burn when you put your cd in.
