Download it from the link above - it's a massive file and will pilfer awhile depending on your connection speed. Save it to your knotty drive and then run it.
Go to Microsoft.com and writ sp2 on disk. Its not very expensive.
Best prospect is to install the activex. If you have some use not to, there is an alternative to have microsoft transport you a disk containing this update.
If you have the installer of the sp2 executable...afterwards u dont have to nstall the activex component provided you hold the original publication of windows operating system...
